Born in 1990, he began his musical studies as a cellist and graduated with honors from the Hochschule für Musik Detmold (Germany) after training with Eulàlia Subirà, Lluís Claret, and María de Macedo. In 2013 he was admitted to the same university to pursue vocal studies and later graduated summa cum laude from the Conservatori del Liceu in Barcelona under the guidance of Dolors Aldea. He has received masterclasses from Dalton Baldwin, Matthias Goerne, Thomas Hampson, Wolfram Rieger, and Furio Zanasi.

Albrich has been awarded in various singing competitions, including the Concurso Permanente de Juventudes Musicales de España (2019), and was a finalist at the Cavalli-Monteverdi Competition in Cremona (2023). However, it was through his participation in the Primer Palau Competition (2019) and especially the “Lied the future” program of the Schubertíada de Vilabertran that he launched a career as a lyrical artist that has already brought him recognition.

Since 2019 he has collaborated with orchestras such as the RTVE Orchestra, the Galician Symphony Orchestra, the Symphony Orchestra of Castilla y León, the Príncipe de Asturias Orchestra in Oviedo, the Bilbao Symphony Orchestra, or the Valencia Symphony Orchestra, as well as with period ensembles such as La Ritirata, La Cetra Barockorchester, Cremona Antiqua, and Proxima D. He has appeared in venues such as Theater an der Wien or Halle E in Vienna, Teatro Real and Teatro Monumental in Madrid, Palau de la Música Catalana, L’Auditori de Barcelona, Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao, Teatro Ponchielli in Cremona, or Teatro Grande in Brescia.

A performer of diverse styles, he sings oratorios and operas by composers such as J. S. Bach and Handel, through Monteverdi, Scarlatti, and Cavalli, to works by Beethoven, Mozart, Brahms, and contemporary composers of the 20th and 21st centuries. In the song repertoire, he has performed major works of the German Lied tradition and the French mélodie, while also premiering works by Catalan composers such as Brotons, Guinovart, or Domènech with pianists including Alexander Schmalz, Victoria Guerrero, and Rubén Fernández Aguirre.

In early 2025 he completed recordings of Monteverdi’s Il Vespro della Beata Vergine, Masses by Cristóbal de Morales, and the oratorio El Hijo Pródigo by Carles Baguer with the ensemble Vespres d’Arnadí. During the 2025–26 season he will debut in operatic roles such as Il Conte Almaviva in Mozart’s Le nozze di Figaro and in Haydn’s The Creation.
